Evans Vanodine A025 Sealaqua Water Based Polyurethane Floor Seal a quick drying, low odour, water based polyurethane floor seal which dries to a silk sheen for use on internal wood and concreate floors. Evans Sealaqua features a water based floor seal based on polyurethane and acrylic for use on internal wood and concrete surfaces. It is quick drying so users can apply additional coats faster and provides a protective barrier to the floor, making it easier to maintain.

Evans Vanodine A025 Sealaqua Water Based Polyurethane Floor Seal features:
- Non flammable, low odour composition.
- Easy to apply, ideal for quick additional coats.
- Can be used on top of standard solvent-based floor seals.
- Offers a protective layer to the floor, making it easier to maintain.
- Provides a durable, slip-resistant silk finish.
- Coverage per 5lt - approximately 30-40 sq. metres for 2 coats.
- Has a pH of 8.5

Floor Sealing:
- Ensure floor is clean, dry, wax free & neutral.
- Use undiluted. Apply a thin even coat with a seal applicator or clean soft brush.
- Allow floor to dry between 1 - 2 hours. Apply a second coat & allow to dry.
- If the floor is porous further coats maybe necessary.
- Drying times can vary depending on ventilation, temperature & humidity.
- Sanding in-between coats is not necessary but a light sand with a medium grade floor pad will help key the surface, especially if a third or fourth coat is applied.
