RoofTec WashTec Exterior & Roof Cleaner

Use with chlorine bleach to remove organic staining caused by algae, moss, bacteria, mould, and mildew for superior cleaning performance. (Never mix with acids or ammonia and avoid contact with solar panels.)

Tiled Roofs – Organic Staining (Algae, Moss, Lichens)
Sodium Hypochlorite – Set to 3%
WashTec – Set to 8 Litres/Hour or 2 Gallons/Hour
Water – open valve fully

If moss is present, it should be lightly brushed to remove most of the growth and air-blown from the roof before applying the cleaning solution.

Siding – Organic Staining
Sodium Hypochlorite – Set between 1 and 1.5%
WashTec – Set to 8 Litres/Hour or 2 Gallons/Hour
Water – open valve fully
